Shirley was a very special person who became my friend at Manorcare on AbbyVille Rd Lancaster. She was my patient and we remained in touch for several years, sharing phone calls as well as lunches together when she lived at Brethren Village Apts. I sadly lost touch with her when she was I’ll and wasn’t able to get ahold of her anymore🥹 I googled and found this obituary. She was a Fun person with a constant Smile on her face and adored her family, grandchildren (I met Kristina who played the piano for us at Brethren once)! She loved the beach as well, we shared a Love for OCNJ♥️ I miss her charisma and our friendship and will Forever hold her dear in my heart!! God Bless your family and fly high Shirley because you are a Very Special ANGEL 😇 Live & Miss you, Lisa

A beautiful smile, a great sense of humor, fun loving and being the “life of the party” are words that come to mind in remembering Shirley!  She also loved to share stories about her family.  We are fortunate to have known her while a resident at Fairview Meadows!   Our thoughts are with you.

Sending healing hugs to Shirley’s family…  I was a neighbor of hers here at Fairview Meadows … before Shirley left to go to Heart of Lancaster, I got to spend time sitting with her in our community room…   Shirley was in the main hallway, walking abit wobbly and together we got her a soda and then back to the community room where we talked..other residents joined us where we visited for awhile… have very fond memories of Shirley..  rest in peace, dear lady

Shirley will greatly missed by her friends and neighbors at Fairview Meadows Apts. Her spirit and wit was contagious. We had the very unique pleasure of getting to know her son David. He has her eyes and the sweetest soul, beloved by the residents here. Condolences Marian Victor
