Roseline May “Meemaw” Leed, 72

Roseline May “Meemaw” Leed, 72, of Lititz, died at Moravian Manor on Sunday, January 26, 2014. Born in Brownstown, she was the daughter of the late, Robert Michael and Gladys May Bear Leed.

She worked as a packer and inspector for Dart Container for 17 years. Roseline enjoyed doing puzzles and word searches, watching game shows and collecting carousels. She loved to whistle and listen to country music, especially Freddie Fender, and drive her LeBaron convertible. Roseline was a member of Ephrata Area Church of Christ.

Roseline’s family includes her former companion Wilson Camacho of Akron; 6 children: Randy J. Leed of Ephrata, Richard S. Leed of Lancaster, Willie Camacho, husband of Stacey, of Ephrata, Edwin, husband of Leslie M., of Lancaster, Wanda Jean, wife of Tim Lipko, with whom she lived, and Sean P. Camacho, husband of Denise, of Lancaster; 16 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 6 sisters and 5 brothers. An infant sister preceded Roseline in death.

A Memorial Service will be held 11 AM Friday, January 31, 2014, at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543, with Evangelist Sam Yoder and Pastor Ron D. Rush officiating. Roseline’s family will greet friends 10-11 AM on Friday at the funeral home. Interment in Rothsville Lutheran (Jerusalem) Cemetery.

Wanda, my heart is broken as is yours ! Rose will live on, even though we don’t see her, she is with us! I want to say you are a strong women and want to thank you for everything you have done! Was a very beautiful service! I love you ! And am so proud of you!!!!!

Rose was very fun to work with, I used to catch bugs in a cup and put it by her tape machine.  Oh how she would scream.  I will always remember her from those fun days!  My condolences to the family.  She will be missed!

So many memories, when I think about Rosie I think about the cream filled doughnuts she would send the boys to get and we would eat them.(Yummy)  Wanda you are one strong woman who had to  make a lot of sacrifices for you mom but you would not change any of it. Love you
