Roger J. Blanshine, 76

Roger J. Blanshine, 76, of Lancaster Twp., passed away Thursday, April 25, 2019, at his home. Born in Ludington, MI, he was the son of the late Artell Blanshine.
A member of the US Army, Roger honorably served his country from 1962-1965. He worked in the warehouse of the RCA Corp., from where he retired after many years of service.
Roger is survived by his son Michael Blanshine and his wife Carol of Elizabethtown. Also surviving is his companion of more than 30 years, Verna Mentzer, of Lancaster; a brother, John Blanshine of Palmyra; a brother, Butch Williams, and a sister, Artell Williams, both of Muskegon, MI. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Kushner in 2002.
Family and friends are invited to attend graveside services which will be held at 10 AM on Monday, May 6, 2019 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville PA. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet outside the cemetery offices at 9:45 AM.

Roger knew as big boy George . He was a crazy man but good at heart. He was kind in his owe way .his drinking buddy’s will Rember hi as he was rest in piece .see ya my friend
