Richard H. Fellenbaum, 72

Richard H. Fellenbaum, 72, of Lancaster, passed away, Saturday, November 29, 2008 at Lancaster General Hospital.

Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Harold and Beatrice (Shea) Fellenbaum. He was the husband of Anita J. Knight with whom he would have celebrated 54 years of marriage this December 4, 2008.

Richard was a self employed contractor. He also worked maintenance for St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. He was a talented guitar player and had several bands. His most recent was the Nite People. Richard was a member of the 8th ward club.

Surviving in addition to his wife Anita are 3 sons, Richard D. of Manheim, James H. of Lancaster, and Donald A. of Lancaster; 3 daughters, Linda L. of New Providence, Terry L. Fischer wife of Joseph of Quarryville, and Gina M. Wilson of Millerstown; 11 grandchildren; 3 sisters; and 2 brothers. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sister.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church 501 E. Orange St. Lancaster 17602. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Charles Rd. Bausman. Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home 414 E. I know that Mr Fellenbaum is with Jesus on a real tour of the Golden City! Surely that he will see all the open arms of his Familys & Friends! And the card table will be open for him that the dealer will be my Dad, "JOHN STONE! Our prayers are out to the family, as well that Dick will be looking over you all.
