We wanted to send our condolences on the passing of Richard Baer. He did a few home inspections for us while we were on our house hunt and was an amazing guy! He was passionate about his work and honest with his intent, it is very sad to hear of his passing. Our thoughts are with the family.

Dear Maureen and family,
I was so saddened to hear of Rick’s passing. I had the pleasure of working with Rick for many years in CPA. He was a tremendous leader and a great friend. He was a mentor to me and my comic relief. I pray that you and the family will find comfort and strength in the coming days. Know that he would want you to celebrate his life…Here’s to the Baer Man who pinned me with his favorite nickname "Queenie".
Sincere condolences,
Cindy Miller

I only had a chance to meet Rick once and that was in late March at a regional meeting with Pillar to Post. I have a Pillar to Post franchise in western PA. I can remember the meeting like it was yesterday. Rick sat right behind me at the meeting and we had a chance to talk during lunch and shared some stories about business and life. From what I saw in those short moments was that Rick was a jokester, but also passionate about his family and business. My deepest condolences goes out to the Baer family for your loss.

Dear Baer Family,

I had the privilege of working with Rick for the past 9 years.  Rick saw the humor in almost everything he did.  No matter what was going on in his life, good or bad, he always found a way to laugh about it.  When you talked to him on the phone he was always quick to come up with something funny to make you laugh. When you talked to him in person, he always had a smile on his face –  you just waited for him to start talking because you knew he was going to make a funny comment about the surroundings.

Rick brightened everyone’s day, he will be missed.
