Condolences to the Family

November 22, 2019

Dear Thor,  In searching online for your address, I came to the obituary of Regina, and I’m so sorry for your loss.  I’m the oldest daugher of Jim and Emily Conklin.  No doubt you and Regina knew that my dad died in 2006, and our mother Emily also passed in March of this year.  I’m still clearing out their house, and I came across some photos in an envelope marked “Trolsen.”  I know you were a faithful correspondent to our father (I doubt that he was a very faithful responder!)and passed along a lot of geneaology information, which I’ve transmitted to my sister Frances, who is our de facto Conklin family historian of this generation.  I’d dearly love to send the Trolsen photos to you for disposition to anyone who you think would like them, if you’ll tell me to where to send them.  I just hope you’re still monitoring this memorial web page, since I don’t believe any of your correspondence or even my mother’s address books are still extant.
