Had the honor of meeting Mr. New Holy several years ago when I was a reporter for Lancaster Newspapers. He was a very interesting gentleman and I enjoyed our talk especially about his heritage and about Pine Ridge which I had visited. I am sure he will be missed.

Remembering all the smart$*! comments, pranks, laughter and tears we’ve shared. The last few years have been so hard on you, Heather, your family and your friends. You struggled with each and every breath. Heather, you have a long road in front of you but you have to know he will be all around you, the girls and his sons. There’s a piece of him in each and everyone of us and we are absolutely honored to have had the opportunity to have him in our lives and our families’ lives. One can only imagine the stories you’ll have to tell when our paths cross again.
RIP Ringo.

Hello, my name is Arlene. Never new your father but I was a teacher in NYC and taught about the Native Americans. I have had pets named, Lakota, Dakota,Spirit, and Sundance.
I recently bought a paint overo colt and didnt know what to name it..Then a thought came into my head, I will call him, Ringo .
I will think of Raymond evertime I call my colts name. I live in Lancaster,Pa. I have some relics form Montana that you are welcomed to have.
One of my favorite movies was , Dances with Wolves. Hence, my email, sheluvswolves@aol.com. I cried for 3 hours after the wolf was killed.
The spirit of Raymond will be in my colt….My wishes of peace to family and friends.
Arlene
