Quan A. Hoang, 45

Quan A. Hoang, age 45, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 31, 2019, at Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, PA. He was born on November 19, 1973, in Vung Tau, Vietnam.
He immigrated to Fort Indiantown Gap, PA in 1975. Quan graduated from McCaskey High School in 1991 and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps shortly after. While serving in the USMC he simultaneously attended Millersville University and earned his Bachelors of Science in Marketing in 1998. Quan moved to the Northern Virginia area after he graduated and began working for WorldCom.
Quan will be forever remembered by his daughter Van Hoang, Van’s mother, Thuy T. Lam, by his father Thien K. Hoang and stepmother Thuy B. Hoang, his mother Trang T. Nguyen, and by his brother Quoc (Carolyn). Quan will also be lovingly remembered by his numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, extended family and by his friends whom many were considered family.
A viewing will be held from 10AM to 12PM, Monday, February 4, 2019 at Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. A funeral service will follow at 12PM with the Rev. Tri M. Luong presiding.
The family is not accepting monetary donations but flowers and cards are welcomed.

We are heartbroken over the loss of Quan. He was a great friend. We have so many wonderful memories – He always made us laugh and had a great smile 🙂 We pray that those memories will bring comfort. RIP sweet friend <3
