Peter Beihoff, 70

June 23, 2019

Peter Beihoff, 70, of Pequea, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, June 23, 2019. Born in Waldheim, Germany, he was the son of Analies (Thill) Beihoff and the late Gerhardt Beihoff. Peter was the beloved husband of Helen (Brehm) Beihoff, and together they celebrated 29 years of marriage.

Peter was a retired police officer, having proudly served with the New York City Police Department for many years. He was an avid fan of the New York Yankees. He will always be loved and missed. Peter left us too soon; a void that cannot be filled.

In addition to his mother and wife, Peter is survived by his children: Peter G. Beihoff, Lisa M. Marciano, Eric T. Beihoff, William A. Beihoff, Robert M. Beihoff, James J. Reilly and Matthew R. Reilly. Also surviving is his brother, Henry Beihoff and 3 grandchildren.

Services will be announced at a later date.

Condolences to the Family

July 04, 2019

I had the privilege of taking care of peter at Lancaster Regional. During our time together peter became my favorite patient. We had long talks about life, family, work, health, etc. The one thing I know about life, is that when it’s over the ones we leave behind will miss us. I will surely miss you Peter. My deepest condolences to the entire Beihoff family.

I met Peter at Lancaster Regional where I took care of him. I enjoyed talking to him about his horses, his job in NYPD and 911. He loved his children and wife. I will miss you on facebook, but you are no longer suffering, RIP…
