Marie J. Shultz, 79

Marie J. Shultz, 79, of Lancaster passed away Sunday, November 6, 2016 at Moravian Manor. She was the wife of the late Joseph L. Shultz.
Born in Lancaster she was a daughter of the late Clair E. Zeller and Evelyn (Ginter) Zeller Hart. Marie was a homemaker and enjoyed going to garage sales, cats, visiting shut-ins and was a very generous person. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church where she was involved with the senior citizen’s club.
She is survived by her sister Beverly Ann Hoffman of Lititz and two nephews Timothy Hoffman, husband of Janet of Lititz and David Hoffman, husband of Lisa of Reading, PA; six great-nieces and nephews Andrew, Christopher, Michael, Mary, Sarah and Matthew Hoffman. She was preceded in death by her son Michael L. Shultz.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 11AM from St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 503 E. Orange St. Lancaster, PA 17602 with Fr. Daniel P. O’Brien as celebrant. Interment will be held in St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery, Bausman, PA. A visitation will be held from 10AM until the time of her funeral mass at the church.
