I wish to give my condolence to the Velazquez family. What I remember most about Lourdes was her kindness and her laugh. It was fun working with Lou at St. Joe’s; she was an EXPERT with the medical record and I am certain that many doctors, and likewise patients, have benefited from her organization and caring efficiency throughout the years. Lourdes will be in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely,

Bert L. Baker

To the Velazquez Family :

I was most saddened by the news and yet some how remained joyous in the spirit of knowing that now Lourdes is with our Lord and Saviour. No longer to worry about her health concerns she is dancing in heaven !! She will be missed in our physical lives forever but, her spirit lives on in each one of us who had the pleasure of knowing her. May this spirit and, the gift of her love that God has given us, carry us through this difficult time. May God Bless and keep her family in prayer now and always.
