Joseph “Joe” E. Fund, 84

Joseph “Joe” E. Fund, 84, of Ephrata, PA, formally of Livingston, NJ passed away peacefully on April 12, 2016 at Ephrata Community Hospital after a short illness. He was born in Montclair, NJ to the late Ellsworth and Cecilia (Cunningham) Fund.

Joe graduated from Caldwell High School in 1950 and was a graduate of Seton Hall University with a degree in Law. He had his own law practice in Livingston, NJ, and continued to practice well into his seventies. Joe was an avid reader and had a never ending thirst for knowledge. He was a member of St. Philomena Roman Catholic Church in Livingston, NJ.

He is survived by a brother, Richard Fund (Gladys) of Manheim, PA; one niece, Margaret Blankenmyer; two nephews: William and Jeffrey Fund.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in Joe’s name to the Ephrata Manor Benevolence Fund, 99 Bethany Road, Ephrata, PA 18522

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
