Jon:
Your Tribute was So Beautiful.  I hope now you see how many people truly Loved you and cared about you.
And I hope you enjoyed when those people who came to honor you actually CLAPPED after each person spoke – I thought that was awesome and made you happy.  I miss you MORE than any words could ever express, my heart is so broken & empty without you here. I loved you from the moment I felt you inside of me and I will love you forever.  And my Promise to you is that Joey will ALWAYS hear me tell him stories about his Daddy AND How Much You loved & adored him and that Joey was your world!!  I am making him a memory Box with a scrapbook of pics and special things that were yours that I know will be extrememly special to Joey.  He Loves the special Teddy Bear that says “I Love You Joey, Daddy” He wouldn’t put it down when I said it was from you for Christmas.  He loved all of the other gifts that were from you too.  I know they will ALWAYS be special to him — He Loved and still Loves YOU SO MUCH JON, and You know I do too.

I am heartsick to learn of Jon’s passing.  He working with me at Dixie Picnic and I felt a respect and commitment from him that was a joy to work with every day.  I felt sad.but happy for him as he moved on to another job that moved him closer to his life goals. I watched as he became a father and hoped parenting would bring him the joy that it had brought me.  Several times he stopped in to say hi to me and I was always so happy to see him and proud of his accomplishments.  I’m sure your family is bereft with pain of his passing.  Such a sorrow.  My thoughts and many prayers for him and your family as you try to make sense of his untimely passing.
