I worked with Jean a number of years back when she was the Executive Secretary at the Chester County Solid Waste Authority. I always enjoyed talking to Jean to hear her British accent. I always got a chuckle at what people must have thought when they called the Authority out here in "Amish" country and wound up speaking to someone with a British accent. I also remember she was always very proud of her daughters and their accomplishments. I just wanted to pass on my condolences to her daughters and their families.
