To Betty & Family
It is really sad news for Amelia and I to learn about Frank.  We had lost track in recent years but we shall never forget the time we spent in Berwick on Summerhill Ave.  Also the time I spent with you and Frank in S. Charles Mo. when we were ACF Trainees.

A lot has passed since those days but we shall never forget our friendship.

I can only say may God bless him and be generous with him as Frank was to his many friends.
