I had the priviledge of working with Flossie at Quarryville Middle School during the school year of 1976-77.  She was my aide.  I remember her always being cheerful and such a pleasure to work with.  Reading her obituary made me smile as I recalled how she loved to tell me about her family, "the Woods", flowers- all the things that brought her great joy!  She told me that a snake had gotten in the house one time! I lost touch with her through the years, but have thought about her from time to time as someone who had touched my life! My sympathy and prayers to her family.

I worked with Flossie at the IU when she was assigned to Sacred Heart. I loved her graciousness and her unfailing good humor. Nothing ever got her down. She was a treasure, and she will be missed.
