JGW & Family

Dear Susan, Krista, and Mrs. Weisser,

I was sorry to learn of Mr. Weisser’s passing.  I have many memories of being at your house over the years!  Although your dad wasn’t always there when I was, I will always remember his booming voice & gentle heart.  And who could forget the way he used to methodically shovel snow or cut grass!!  My heart goes out to you on your loss.
Fondly,
Beth (Koller) Brown

“I give you this one thought to keep, I am with you still – I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glint on snow, I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gently autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning’s hush, I am the swift, uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not think of me as gone-I am with you still-in each new dawn.” NATIVE AMERICAN PRAYER.

May God bless Eue and his family.
John Trees of the LCHS class of 1949

Dear Mary Ann, Susan, and Krista,

I just read in today’s Sunday church bulletin of Gene’s passing. We were out of town and did not know. We are deeply saddened to hear that our neighbor, good friend, and a great human being, has gone to heaven. Mary Ann, we are especially sorry, for we should have been by your side. Our heart goes out to you and your beautiful family. Our deepest sympathy.
