Dear Mike,

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your mother.  My sister Suzanne just informed me.  What a tough year it’s been for you and your family.  (I hope Paula is doing better now.) I will always remember your mom and how she welcomed me into your family on Bloomingdale Ave. Having just moved from New Jersey and not having any friends, I was certainly blessed and fortunate to have met you and to have known your mom. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss as well as send my love to your sister and dad.  You are all in my thoughts and prayers tonight.  May God Bless you.
