Patrick & Julie Bernhardt

My name is Sarah I work in the deli dept. at Stauffers of Kissel Hill. Donald was one of our reagular customers. I knew him as "Donny" He was a very social man, always had a minute to talk to us employees. He ended each visit with a hug or a handshake, and always had a bit of wit and wisdom for the younger girls like myself. He spoke often of his family, whom I am certain he doted on. It has been a pleasure knowing Donald the in the time of my employment at SKH, my sincerest thoughts and prayers go to the Baker family.

Don was a great friend to me. We often talked about the family and encouraged each other. Don and I spoke often about his wife and we kept in touch. Every time Don came into the store, he ALWAYS found me and gave me his great big smile. He often brought over some pretzels. No matter how busy I was, if I saw Don first, I would go right to him and an put my arm around him and take time talk and ask about him and the family. I will truly miss you buddy. 9 years we have known each other. It will be tough not to see your smile and give you a handshake.
A great friend!!
