Didier was my cousin, when he came to the U.S.A. he stayed with our family, my mother was his aunt. That was so my years ago and there is still one thing that I will never forget, Didier’s LAUGH! What an amazing laugh he had it was contagious, it came from his heart. Didier and I shared a room at my mothers house and he would keep me from falling asleep because he would think of something that was funny and then we would start to laugh and laugh, I can still hear it now. He will be missed, all my love and prayers to his family and friends.

What a great guy.  He was fun to be around. Had a great sense of humor at work.  Little in stature but big in every other dimension.  I’ll miss him, and will regret not taking advantage of the time, I had, to get to know him better.  Thank you Deedee.  Kevin reach out to your friends if it gets difficult for you.  We’re here!
Sincerely,
Ray

I met Didier as a was working as a traveler at Lancaster General Hospital.  He always had his smile on his face, but i never left the room without one of mine when he was there.  I am thankful to have known him for the brief time that i did.  My condolences first and foremost to Kevin….. many prayers of peace coming your way… and then to the respiratory staff at Lancaster General who worked with Didier.  I know that you are hurting, and many many prayers going out to all of you….  You have truly lost an excellent employee, but more so a very special friend.  Hold onto the memories and know that you are ALL in my prayers.

To Kevin and the rest of the family, Our deepest condolences go out to you. There will never be another guy quiet as witty as Didier was. Driving the bus for the gang last year over halloween was so special and a time I will remember forever. He cared so deeply for his friends and people he didn’t know that well, and I’m still in shock over this passing. He’s definitely gone too soon.

My dear Kevin, Love brings us such great joy and such great sorrow. Didi was a beautiful person who will be missed by so many. I can’t even imagine what you are going though. Know that you are not alone and that you are loved also by so many. With love and tears, Becky

I first met Didier as a patient @ LGH.  That man always had a smile on his face, was funny and was a joy!  I have been a patient many times there after and Didier, was always my RT.  He was fabulous!! I also have been working at LGH for years. I would see him from time to time.  The last time I saw him, seems like not to long ago, he flashed that million dollar smile and asked how I was doing. He was a pleasure to know and will greatly be missed!

We are so saddened at the loss of Didier in our lives.  He started as a customer and became a friend.  We will miss him.  Mary Ellen and Lisa (Bonbonniere)

Certainly one brightest highlights of my day was to talk to Didier at Central Market. Always ready to laugh and smile.

With the loss of Didier, I have lost one of the most vibrant, wonderful and best friends I have ever had.  Though we have lost touch over the past few years, I value the friendship and fun we shared since meeting in the 1990’s.  I have wonderful memories of our trips to Philadelphia and the beach, or just hanging out in Lancaster as well as when he rented a room in my home.  He made me laugh like no one else ever has.  And if I saw him enter a room, I knew the party was about to begin!  I never knew anyone who lived life to the fullest as he did.
Though I am mourning his loss, I am happy to have my wonderful memories and  proud to have had him in my life as someone I was truly able to call a friend!
God Bless You Didier…I will miss you forever!
Sincerely,

To Kevin and the rest of Didier’s family and friends, the halls of LGH will never be the same without the constant smiling of Didier. He always seemed to brighten the room whenever he walked in. My thoughts and prayers go out to you. Although Didier is no longer physically with us, he will remain in our hearts forever! Rest in peace my friend! Rest in peace!

We were so shocked and sorry to hear of Didier’s passing. He was a good customer of the Gift Shop at the General Hospital. He was a very giving person. Shopping for co-workers and friends and making sure their special day was celebrated. He was always full of fun and a happy person. We will miss his smile and the good time we had joking around with him.
