Ray and Lorraine — I was saddened to read of your loss. Though I had not seen Diane for many years, I have fond memories. After high school (we were classmates), she got me to volunteer with her at Camp Sunshine, which I am sure is just one of many volunteer activities she engaged in. A very caring and engaged person, she will be missed. My thoughts and prayers will be with you. Chuck Blumenstock

I also remember Diane from McCaskey; I knew her just well enough to say “hi” to when passing in the hallways. Nevertheless, I recall her as possessing a positive, upbeat spirit. Her great sense of humor was still very much in evidence when she submitted her responses to a biographical questionnaire for the 35-year class reunion. My sincerest condolences to her family members for this untimely loss.

I was so sorry to read the obit of Diane. I remember fondly how much my parents, Jason and Serena Nonnenmocher, talked about Diane. She was two years older than my oldest daughter and I know my parents were so anxious to be grandparents that she filled a void in their lives at the time. Thoughs and prayers go with you at this time. Diane must have been a very special person to teach special education, and to return to school and become a high school principal. You must be so proud of her. May God grant you strength sufficient to your needs at this time. Joan Nonnenmocher Miller
