Christine A. Conner, 81

June 01, 2023

Christine A. Conner, 81, of Lancaster, entered eternal rest on June 1, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Sadie A. Goralski.

A lifelong Catholic, she dedicated herself to the Lord and her family. Her most beloved title was “Grandma” to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. After moving to Lancaster Nursing and Rehab, she became a social butterfly, and enjoyed making and spending time with friends. She was an active participant in the resident council. In her free time, enjoyed playing bingo and cheering for the home teams, the Philadelphia Phillies, and Eagles.

Her love and spirit will live on in her daughter, Dawn M. Cruz, (Doug-fiancé) of Mechanicsburg, grandchildren, Stephanie Kreider (Robert) of Mt. Joy, Shannon Berry (Seth) of Mechanicsburg, and Brandon Cruz, also of Mechanicsburg; great grandchildren, Mason, Tyler, and Hannah; and a sister, Rosemarie Kuhn (Marc) of Naples, FL. She was preceded in passing by her sister, Joanne Cubberly, and a son-in-law, Frank Cruz.

A committal service will be held at Lawn Croft Cemetery, 1000 W. Ridge Rd. Linwood, PA 19061, at 11 AM on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
