Mike, this is long overdue. Galen and I were saddened to hear of Carol’s death. We have good memories of you being in our neighborhood here in Standardbred. We remember both your and Carol’s kindness to us. We remember your special care and encouragement you were giving her when she was in rehab. Please know we care for you in your pain and loss. If we can ever be a listening caring ear we are here for you. Galen continues to pastor in the role of encouragement and assist with our younger pastor. He basically is involved almost every day. We still care for my 96 year mom as well. She still attends the adult services at Landis Homes four days a week. Blessings and prayers, Elsie for Galen too.

Mr. Keen, Donna, Ron, and Dave,
My foundest memory of Mrs. Keen is on New Years Day eating hotdogs, sauerkraut, and mashed potatoes. I think of her every News Years day. Warms my heart thinking about it. I am sure she is in heaven giving my dad an earful! My mother will miss her alot. My thoughts and prayers. With deepest sympathy, Bill Braungard Jr.

I was fortunate to meet and know Carol thru tennis. We had many good times on and off the court. She had a contagious smile and a great personality. She will be missed.

I put your nursing pin on a pretty gold necklace chain and will wear it every single day. You are a huge part of the reason why I became a nurse and I can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for me. I miss you so much. Love you always, nana. ♥️
