Mr. Vooght always believed in me and saw my true strength and character. He wrote my first and most cherished recommendation for appointment to the United States Naval Academy from which I graduated with high professional honors. The time he spent with me in confidence from 1984-1985 were invaluable and character elevating. Blessings to a heavenly soul.✝️-Lewis Berry
