Billie J. Quigley, 80, passed away at Hospice & Community Care on Wednesday, March 18, 2020. Born in Coatesville, Billie was a longtime resident of Lancaster.
Billie worked as a welder in a metal fabrication shop for many years. Billie loved all animals, but her cats held a special place in her heart.
She is survived by her two daughters, Victoria Lucas, of Lancaster and Robin Krupika, wife of Steve, of Minnesota. Billie is also survived by her best friend, Geneva Wood, of South Carolina, with whom she spoke every day.
Memorial Services for Billie will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.

I only had the joy of knowing Billie for 4 years , but my time with her was so valuable. She was generous, kind, and caring. There wasn’t a false bone in her body, she was pure honesty: and it was a pleasure. Thank you Billie for your friendship, I’ll miss you, but I’m glad you are breathing easy. Emily Fox

I will really miss you Billy, you had a heart of gold and would help anyone who needed help. the world has lost one of the few great people I knew and many orthers that knew her. You helped me in a lot of my dark times after the war. May you rest in peace with our lord and savior, God will always be with you.Love Ken.
