Betty Jane Collier, 69
July 18, 1950 - March 16, 2020
Betty “Jane” Collier, 69, of Denver, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2020, at UPMC Pinnacle in Lititz. Born in Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Dorothy Evelyn (Cook) Collier.
After graduating from high school, Jane went on to study music and art, which she truly enjoyed and was always a main focus in her life. For many years, she worked as a sales representative for Fecera’s Furniture Store in Sinking Spring, and more recently for Just Cabinets, from where she retired. Her dream was to move to Potter County and live peaceably in the countryside.
Jane is survived by her only son, Travis A. Collier and his wife Andrea of Ephrata. Also surviving are two granddaughters, Catherine and Emma Collier, and her sister, Marilyn Donnelly of New Mexico.
Services for Jane will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Dear Travis,
I was very sorry to hear about you mother passing. Unfortunately, because of some differences, we were unable to see eye to eye before my wedding. Life is short and I wish I would have looked her up before this. Wishing you and your family all the best.

Travis,
I met your exactly three years ago today as the new kid at work. A few weeks in she said the most simple words to me that I hadn’t heard in years. “That’s what friends are for”. I never had a Friend like Jane. I looked up to her and took her advice about work, gambling and Jeeps. The most she spoke of though, were stories of Travis at different ages. I loved Jane and I am blessed to have crossed paths with her and had my share of endless fun. My condolences to Travis and the rest of the family.

Travis,
I am very saddened to hear of my dear dear friend. You may not know me but Jane played in my Hi MileAge band a few years ago. I had tried to reach out to her in Feb. and I got no response, in fact I was going to try to recruit her again. She spoke often of you and she loved you very much. I am speechless as is my wife Debbie of whom she worked at Feceras with. They were good friends as well.
please accept our condolences. WE LOVE YOU JANE!
