Hello.  My name is Bette Tisdale.  Maiden name wad Diemert.  I was remembering your dad as I keep a picture of my dad Bud (Joe Diemert and my mom Jeane leaning against his plane after a loop de loop flight i our living room.  Love that pic.  Was wondering if this was you father.  If so could you tell me his rank in the navy and what ship he served on.  I wish  I had thought to try to find him sooner.  I knew he was several years older than my dad who passed in 1993 so didn’t occur to me that Ben would still be with you.  So sorry for your loss.  My mom and dad talked fondly of him Nd your grandparents. i still remember going to their farm near Lockport.  Picking peaches and seinging on the swing.  Was great fun going to great aunt Florence and uncle Benny’s. Shw was just a little stingy with the ice cream though 😂😂😂. Would love to hear back from you
