He was the husband of the late Gail (Humphries) Benjamin, who passed away on February 21, 2016.
Born in Port Deposit, MD, he was the son of the late Arthur F. and Pearl Mitchell Benjamin. Art was a member of Wayside Presbyterian Church in Landisville.

He enjoyed horses, bowling and watching his grandchildren’s numerous activities. He looked forward to weekends with his Chatelaine neighbors and loved to play Santa at Christmas time for their children.

Condolences to the Family

Dear family of Art Benjamin.  This comes in understanding and our deepest sympathy in learning of Art’s passing.  We were the cleaning team who serviced your Dad and Mother’s home for several years.  The amish ladies and myself were grateful to have known both of them. We miss seeing them once a month.  Your Dad and I loved playing “solitaire” … he was so much better than me! So we pray that God’s loving arms will hold you and fill you with peace, strength and hope in the days ahead. Blessings to you all.  Linda Lawrence and the Done Just Right cleaning ladies.

My feelings are so sad.  I miss Gail and now Art has joined her.  This is good for them but as a long time friend I selfishly miss recalling and reliving memories we shared when we visited.  I know God opened his arms in welcome to both.  God bless Lani, Scott, Mitch and their families.  Fondly, Margie Case
