Anna R. Hahn, 88

May 17, 2019

Anna R. (Ecenroad) Hahn, 88, of Akron, passed away on May 17, 2019 at Faithful Living Community. She was the daughter of the late William Ecenroad Sr. and Minnie (Holsinger) Ecenroad. Anna was the wife of the late Harvey Hahn, with whom she shared 62 years of marriage before his passing in 2013.

In her younger years, Anna played guitar and sang at county fairs and churches. Her love for music continued into her later life and she enjoyed listening to the Gaither Vocal Band. She will be remembered for her love of her family, music, and gummy bears.

She is survived by her four children; Bonnie Teets and husband Ed, Donna Hahn and partner Jackie Hertel, Terry Hahn, and Cheryl Ackley and husband Russell. Anna is also survived by her three grandchildren; Tracy Salus and fiancé Sean Jacoby, Joshua Ackley and wife Caitlyn, and Megan Lasky and husband Michael, four great-grandchildren; Morgan and Addison Salus, Vivian Jacoby, and Dawson Ackley, and a sister, Arlene Zimmerman. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harvey, her sister, Katherine Good, and her brother William Ecenroad Jr.
