Tracy F. Fletcher, Sr., 87, passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at The Long Community at Highland (Lancaster, Pennsylvania), where he resided the past three years. Tracy was born on May 24, 1927 in Philadelphia, PA – a son of the late Hollis and Ozella (Hall) Fletcher. Tracy was preceded in death by his first wife, Mildred Cubbage Fletcher. After working for more than 50 years, Tracy retired in 1993.
Tracy was also a fun-loving family man known for his infectious laugh and volunteering in his West Philadelphia community. He enjoyed cooking (especially at family gatherings), was an avid gardener and enjoyed “cutting the rug” whenever he heard good music. Tracy
I was so sorry to read of the loss of your father in the Sunday News. He had a wonderful background and I wish I would have met him.  I believe it is true- that the apple does not fall far from the tree.  You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.  God Bless!
