Is this Todd Russell that went to West Springfield HS in VA in 1984 ?  I am sincerely sorry for your loss.
Traci Lowe

Kitty, Tim and Todd’s family,
My thoughts and prayers  are with you during this difficult situation.  Growing up on "the hill" together and the innocence we all had during childhood are sweet memories.  There have been occasions throughout the years that I recall simpler yet, wonderful times; each of you have been a part of them.  May God’s peace and comfort sustain all of you.
Lisa (chooch) Foy

Tim, Kitty, and all of Todd’s Family,
I was completely shocked and saddened to read about Todd’s passing. I only knew Todd from when we were kids but he was a very special person and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.  My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time.

Tim and the entire Russell Family
I was deeply saddened at the news of Todd’s passing.  I attended grade school and high school with Todd and have many found memories of his friendship.  I regret not having the opportunity to maintain a relationship with Todd after high school.  I can tell you though, that I felt a true sense of pride when reading of his accomplishments and service to both country and community.  Todd was a good man and will not be forgotten.  I am sure he is at peace now in the company of God.  My prayers are with you and your family in this time of sorrow.

To the wife of Todd, his children, Tim-his brother and Kitty-his sister,
It was with the greatest sorrow when I heard of Todd’s passing.  In high school the group (Tim, Todd, Tim Carone, Robert Losco, myself, Tyann Bowman, and Amy Bond) were inseparable- sport, prom, homecoming, even getting in trouble together.  Todd was a kind person with the warmest heart.  Friend to all.  We all think of him fondly.  The world will not be the same without him.
My family’s prayers will be with you, your children, and Tim & Kitty.

To the family and friends of Todd Russell,
Words cannot express the sadness that I felt today when I learned that Todd had passed away.  I knew Todd only very briefly, as he was the guest speaker at our Lan-Chester Chapter of Credit Unions meeting in September.  When I was preparing the biography that I would later use to introduce him, the common theme was the love for his family and his job.  On behalf of the entire Lan-Chester Chapter of Credit Unions, our condolences to you and your family.

Remember all the Loving Memories that you had and they will
overcome the Difficult Times.
My thoughts are with You,
Kim (Sweigart) Jones

I was deeply saddened when I heard the news of Todd’s passing.  Having known him since grade school, I can say that he was a man of honor.  I served with him during Operation Desert Storm and know that he served his country with valour, courage, and honor.  His parents were a great support to my family as we were both deployed.  There were few nights during childhood that someone out of our little group of friends wasn’t at someone else’s house.  I will always cherish the memories that were made at St. Stephens, on the golf course, and on the basketball courts.  I had never heard him speak badly of anyone and the world is a little less of a nice place without his presence in it.
Todd,  Godspeed and Semper Fi.
Nate Mercer

To Tim, Mary and family and Kitty, Scott and family and to Todd’s wife and children.  We don’t even know what to say but our hearts are very heavy at hearing the news.  Our faith will sustains us through the difficult time now and in the future.  We will greatly miss Todd and his wonderful humor and his smile.  Be assured he will be in our hearts always.
Bob and Kay Carone

Jen, My heart aches for you, Jordan & Madison and the rest of Todd and your families.  I hope the memories of all of the good times will help you through this devastating time.
