Suzanne M. Shober, 52

Suzanne Marie (Jones) Shober, 52, of Lititz, PA passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at the Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center.  Born in Houston, TX, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Joyce (Magee) Jones.  Suzanne was the loving wife of John Anthony Shober.

Suzanne graduated from Incarnate Word Academy, Houston, TX.  She had been an Administrative Supervisor for Armstrong World Industries and had worked in a similar capacity for other companies in the Lancaster area, Chicago, Hazleton, PA and Houston and Grapevine, TX.  Her favorite moments were spent with her children and grandchildren.  She had a lovely singing voice and enjoyed dancing, cooking and vacations at the beach with her family and extended family.

Surviving in addition to her husband, Jack, are 3 sons and a daughter: Jeremy Keith Shober, husband of Laura Bush Shober, of Hempfield, Brian Christopher Shober of Los Angeles, CA, John Anthony Shober of Lititz, PA, and Jessica Jeanne Shober of Lititz, PA; 3 grandchildren: Carinn Shober, Clark Jeremy Shober and Jackson Brian Shober; 10 siblings: Raymond Hartwell Jones, Jr, Glenn James Jones, Curtis Michael Jones, Donald Paul Jones, John Thomas Jones, David Scott Jones, Jane Lynn Turner, Mark Andrew Jones, Barbara Leigh Monroe and Lesa Anne Jones; many nieces and nephews, Godchildren and many, many friends and relatives.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at St. James Catholic Church, 505 Woodcrest Ave., Lititz, PA 17543 with Rev. James O’Blaney as celebrant.  Family and Friends will be received from 10-11 AM at the church.  Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.  To send the family online condolences, please visit SnyderFuneralHome.com.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make donations in her name to the Lancaster County Department of Children and Youth Services.
