From Theodore E Price I would like to say he was my favorite supervisors and was very understanding to all of his employees. I would like to wish the family the very best the rest of their lives. and happiness for the rest of their lives.
I am sorry to learn of Mr. Pendell’s passing. Your family is in my prayers. I used to work for the Postal Inspection Service at 30th Street Post Office, and had interaction with the Postal Police Unit as part of my clerical duties. Mr. Pendell was a nice, hard working man. May God continue to bless you during this difficult time in your lives. He will give you the strength to get through this journey. Your memories of Mr. Pendell will live in your lives forever. Sorrowfully, Linda Foster
