I was looking for your mum online and just learned of her passing. What a wonderful, caring woman she was and she loved you kids so much. Jasmin and Ellen were best friends when they were tots and loved playing together.

Your mom was my hero. She touched our lives with her independent spirt, compassion for others, strength, determination, sense of humor and love of life. She was so proud of all of you. You all did an amazing job of caring for her these last several months, putting your lives on hold and putting her first. You’ll find in time this will give you comfort. I offer my deepest sympathy to her loving family. I miss her to my friend, confidant, and coworker.

Dear Ellen, Kevin and Brian,

We have known your mom for 45 wonderful years.  The memories we shared will always be in our heart as she will be sorely misssed by so many.  Seeing that she will be laid to rest in an area we visited 40 years ago, while still in college, warms our hearts. We send you our prayers for strength.

Dear Ellen, Brian, and Kevin—
I am so sad to learn of your mother’s untimely death.  She was always smiling and gracious when I knew her in Salt Lake City.  I remember coming to your home to stay with Ellen and Brian the night that Kevin was born.  As I rushed over to your house, your mother rushed out saying that the baby was coming very quickly.  I think that Kevin was born less than an hour later! May your hearts be filled with love and peace in this time of loss.  My love, thoughts, and prayers are with you.   Frances Harris in Salt Lake City

Nancy was a high school classmate… one of the people I remember fondly from that time in my life.  Please accept my condolences as you grieve for her….

Dear Ellen, Brian and Kevin,
We are so very sorry for your loss.  Your mother was a wonderful and warm woman.  She welcomed us into the neighborhood when Emily and Kevin were in kindergarten.  I always enjoyed chatting with her, especially about our children and she was so incredibly proud of all of you. Her strength and grace always amazed me.  She will be missed.
With deepest sympathy,
Marcia, Michael, Emily and Jessica Simeral.
