The obituary was a wonderful tribute to a very good woman, who made marvelous contributions to society while raising 6 children!  No small accomplishment! We are proud to have had her as a member of our ALAM (Association of the Laity in an Apostolate of Mercy).

Sister Claudia, Daughter of Mercy

I am a distant relative of the Giordano family and old friend of Jimmy Jr. Please accept my sincere condolence on the passing of your mother. I trust that she has a well-deserved place in heaven.

Regards,
Bruce Blom

I’ve known Margaret, your beloved Mother for many years.  Worked with her on activities for the church and the school. Especially clothing drives. Was a member of the choir with my friend for a long time, until my health issues caused me to leave the choir.  A busy lady she was, and always willing have a helping hand, which is quite evident in her beautiful write up.
Thought of her often while over at the Home in York, and remembered her in prayers and rosaries.  She was never a complainer, and had many trials in her lifetime. May She now rest in the Arms of our Lord Jesus.   My personal sympathy to each and every one of you. Keep your mother’s memory alive by continuing to do good works of mercy. Matter of act, on Monday nite 11/15 at the rosary of which I am a part of, prayed for both she and my sister Agnes Ziegler who passed away on Monday.  She would have been 90 on Nov. 28th, and she too now with our Savior.  We both will miss our loved ones.

Rita R. Boyer

Our sincere condolences to each and every member of the Giordano family on the passing of Margaret.  She was a warm, friendly and caring person who was far more interested in the well being and caring for others before herself. She will be sorely missed by not only her family but everyone who knew her.

Dear Margaret (daughter),
I was your classmate at St. Anne’s and LCHS and fondly remember your mother.  My mother passed away in September and they were of similar age, and also had the funeral at St. Anne’s.  I remember her as a very loving person and I’m sure she’ll be happy in heaven.  All the best to you and your family,

Cherie Everts
