Lew was as genuine in his sharing and caring as any friend of Bill W I have ever known. His desire to help others was insatiable. His life was filled with (very lucky) friends with whom he shared food, fun, fellowship and love. His bellowing reminder ‘ Don’t drink and go to meetings’ will be sorely missed! Ann S.

I can’t even begin to tell you all what you meant to Lew, when it came to Lancaster A.A. He lived for it !!He just loved to see people find the solution and live with the hope he had found. I have met alot of you over the years and cherish the memories. When ever I told my Dad I’m coming to town, he would be like, can I get you for Friday night or maybe Saturday… You all gave to him something that he held close to his heart. The biggest joy of all was he got to see his three children get this gift as well and for this I will always be grateful. My sister, brother and I can’t thank you enough. We love you and will carry his message of Hope to anyone in need!
