dear wallick family – your father was a dear friend of our family, and we share with you in the passing of his life.  johnny and gladys were friends of my parents from their young years – and he was in the wedding of our parents.  we appreciate that they all had the opportunity to spend time together in their later years, at brethren village – even beyond the passing of your mother[2003], and our father [1995].  we will always remember johnny’s humor, enthusiasm and joyful demeanor.  may you be sustained by your family and friends in the passing days – and rest easy in the precious memories of a good life well-lived.  – with best regards……..  scott spangler [on behalf of ellie spangler and karen harnish].
