I am sadden at the passing of Jim. He was indeed, a lively fellow at Christmas as Santa. And his presence will be missed at Clipper Stadium. He surely has been reunited with those gone before. My condolences to Lisa and the entire Stipe family. You are in my prayers.

My Deepest Sympathy to Lisa and, all of the Family…when I think of Jim, a "wonderful neighbor" comes to mind.  From bringing his neighbors fresh new American Flags every May and, late night summer cooking in his backyard where he passed food over the fence to his neighbors…or, his and Lisa’s thoughtfulness years ago at all Holidays, to always invite our then neighbor Harold and me, also…or, the familiar knock at the door on a Holiday with a full plate of food for me – never to let me go hungry on a Holiday…and, his love of working in his garden!
