Henry Caraballo, 58

Henry Caraballo, 58, of Bird-In-Hand, PA, passed away at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy, PA, on Friday, August 19, 2016, with his loving wife, children, and friends by his side. He was born in Gurabo, Puerto Rico to Valentin and Matilda (Fernandez) Caraballo of Hartford, CT. Henry was the loving husband of Ruth E. (Ortiz) Caraballo for 19 years.

He had been a self-employed driver in the food business. Henry enjoyed working on cars and in his yard. He loved his family dearly and he cherished spending time with his grandson Jeremy, known as “Chuchin”. Henry’s family will miss him dearly.

In addition to his parents and wife, Henry is survived by his daughter Doribeth Rodriguez of Lancaster, PA, son Juan Carlos Marrero of York, PA, 6 grandchildren and two sisters, Wilda Matos of West Hartford, CT, and Marisol Caraballo of Waterbury, CT, nieces, nephews, and other family members. Henry was preceded in death by his siblings Marelyn and Humberto Caraballo.

A private gathering was held at the convenience of Henry’s family. Contributions in Henry’s memory may be made to the funeral home to offset expenses.
