Condolences to the Family

To the family, Please accept my condolences. I am sorry to hear of Frank’s death. I met Frank in the Mid 80’s as an assistand manager of Fulton Bank and he was my customer. Our discussions ranged on many topics and I enjoyed our friendship. He frequently talked of his visits to Italy and of course his automobile preferences. I remember him telling me he could cut someone’s hair in 5 minutes! He was very proud of his children. I am sure you miss him. Regards, Carolyn French

My condolences go out to the Suraci and Tallarico family. Frank was quite a character and at times brutally honest! I enjoyed his stories and boy, did he have stories…hahaha! Should I even mention those mesh shirts?
