My sincere condolences to Fran’s entire family, she will be missed. Fran was #2 on my forwarding email list for any political humor that I received from my friends. If it was something she liked, she always responded with a brief acknowledgment. Fran was a very kind, considerate and helpful person that I was proud to call a friend. We had many good discussions about politics and how the legal sysem works in the USA. She would lhave a field day discussing todays blockbuster news about the UK leaving the EU. Peace – Jim Loose Apt.#420
