Hi Diane … Regretfully, I was not able to attend the Memorial Services for your Mother today.  But that doesn’t mean my prayers weren’t with you.   My Family knows what it is to lose their Mother.  On April 19, Esther went to be with the Lord while Jan was holding her after helping a Hospice nurse wash and change her.  It was the end of sixteen months of struggle with liver cancer.  Back in June I preached at Lehighton Bethany Church and met an elderly gentleman, age 95, whom I did not recognize until he gave me his name, your father-in-law.  I had to look up Lancaster Grace directory of 1968 because I had a senior moment and could not think of your name. Again, even if I forget your name again, you are still remembered in prayer.  With a lot of fond memories (except your name), Pastor Samuels  –   hrs23@frontier.com
