I was very surprised and saddened to see the obituary for your daughter Elizabeth in the New Era today (12/18/08). My wife chose for us to shop at the Lititz Pike "Giant" some time back, and I remember meeting your daughter on several occasions. She was always polite, friendly, and made our trips to the store a very pleasant experience. This was such a shock, and we do send your family our love, thoughts, and we do share in some way your grief at the passing of your lovely daughter.
    I shall never understand why God chooses to take such sweet, special, and kind persons, such as your Elizabeth, from this world. It simply leaves the world a less beautiful place without her.
    Still, may God give your family peace, and many blessings in this time, even as I’m sure that Elizabeth is blessed in being in the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ, now and forever.
