Dr. Frank M. Rocco, 68

Dr. Frank M. Rocco, 68, of Lancaster, entered into rest on Monday, February 26, 2007.  Born in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Frank M. Rocco Jr. and Nellie Barnes Rocco.

Dr. Rocco was a self employed dentist practicing in Landisville from 1967-2007.

He was a 1960 graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and a 1964 graduate of Temple Dental School.  He served as a captain in the Us Airforce Dental Corps.  Dr. Rocco was a member of the PA Academy of General Dentistry, Lancaster County Woodcarvers, and taught a woodcarving class at Hempfield High School.

He was a member of St. Leo the Great Catholic Church and an avid fisherman.

He will be dearly missed by his wife of forty-five years, Suzanne Finefrock Rocco; children; Frank Scott married to Lisa Rocco of Downingtown; Michelle married to Ed Helderman of Lititz; and his four grandchildren, Alex and Thomas Rocco, Cole and Marissa Helderman.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 2427 Marietta Ave., Lancaster, Pa 17601 at 11a.m.  Interment will be in St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery.  Friends will be received at the church on Thursday from 9:45-10:45a.m.  Please omit flowers.
