I was very saddened to hear of Dave’s passing. He was a wonderful man and I consider myself very lucky to have known him & been close to your family while the boys & I grew up. You both always made me feel right at home and one of the family and for that, I thank you. You are all in my prayers and I hope you find solace through this trying time knowing how loved he was.

Terri & Family,

I truly sorry for your loss. I know Dave put up a tough fight, remember him for the good times you all enjoyed. I am sorry that I will not be in town to attend the services on Wednesday but know you will be in my thoughts on that day and in the days to come.

Dear Family, I’m so sorry for your lost. Dave was a very nice guy. He used to really crack me up. I’ve known Dave for a long time, but lost contact with him. My name is Sharon Thompson Mccracken. I used to go out with his brother Jim for along time. You could’nt have a better family than the Smith family. Please tell them all how sorry I am about the passing of Dave and god bless them all.

To Steve, Sam and other members of Dave’s family.

My condolences on Dave’s passing. I heard last week @ Highland that the situation was imminent and didn’t get the chance to speak with Steve like I normally do. I haven’t seen Dave in years but tried to keep up with what he was doing thru Steve.

Prayers for the entire family in this loss. He is now pain and suffering free and there to watch over his family with love.
