Cindy L. Gerhart, 54

Cindy L. Gerhart, 54, of 518 Chestnut St., Reading, PA passed away on Tuesday at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late William and Phyllis Oberholtzer Krow.

Cindy had worked as a dispatcher for the Lehigh Cement Co in Evansville, PA for the past 4 years.

She enjoyed crocheting, playing bingo and especially enjoyed the time she spent with her family members and friends.

Cindy had attended Bright Side Baptist Church.

She is survived by her 3 children, all of Reading: Nichole Laboy, Mary Gerhart, and William Gerhart; by her 3 grandchildren: Dezalyna Montes, Jose Montes, and Shardaija Gerhart; her step granddaughter Julia Fundora; her brothers William C. Jr., married to Joyce Krow of Port Royal, PA, Jeffrey L. Krow of Watertown, NY, and Douglas E. Krow of Mount Joy, and by her sister, Cheryl L. Krow of Manheim. She is also survived by her companion, Edwin Irazzary. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Angela Gerhart and a grandson, Juan Rodriguez.

Friends will be received on Friday, May 29th from 12Noon to 2PM at Bright Side Baptist Church, 515 Hershey Ave., Lancaster, with the funeral service to follow at 2PM. The family asks that if contributions are to be made, they should be made to Elizabeth Mullady, 1765 Wilderness Rd., Lancaster, PA 17603 to assist with funeral expenses.
