Condolences to the Family

We always enjoyed when Aunt Anna, Uncle Tommy and Jimmy came to visit from Maryland.  When I was 11 years old, my
sister, Stephanie and I stayed at their house for a week.  We had a great time.  Uncle Tommy was a darling, always so
pleasant and smiling.  I have memories of him “jitterbugging” with me and my sisters.  I was told when I was a little girl,
he wanted to hold me and tried to bribe me with a ring but I would not take it.
I know she is in heaven with Uncle Tommy and Jimmy. I send love to you all.

I always enjoyed when Aunt Anna, Uncle Tommy, and Jimmy came to visit from Maryland.  I was fun introducing Jimmy to our “Country Ways” like climbing on trucks full of grain and playing hide and seek as it was turning dark.  I also remember a wonderful trip with them to the Baltimore Aquarium.  So many happy memoirs here on earth with her and her family.  I pray for her to have a wonderful journey to the otherside and connect with all the other family members that have made that trip.  I send my love to you and your family.

I knew “Aunt Anna” when I was married to my childhood sweetheart David many years ago.  As I remember, “Aunt Anna” was a most gracious, wonderful and out going person that could touch anyone’s heart even the smalest child that would look up to her.  She and her husband will always be remembered as a loving family to me after all these years.

My husband and I send our sincere condolences to the family and dear friends of Anna. Anna seemed like such a strong faithful women. More than likely she was familiar with the verse at Psalm 55:22. There it encourages us to throw our burdens on God. Which can be difficult when we have lost a dear one in death. He truly has his eye upon you during this time though.
Please know that you are in our thoughts during this time and we hope that you are able to get your needed rest as well.
With love,
The Wilds

We knew Anna, Tom and Jim as members of Timonium United Methodist Church.  Their extension of friendship and friendly greetings were appreciated.  Admired is Anna’s strength of character and faith, as she lost Tom, then Jim.  She was steadfast and courageous to move on with her life, move to Lancaster and remain in contact with her siblings and other family members.  We enjoyed her stories of growing up on the farm, family life in Lutherville MD and their travels.  She was appreciative and grateful for the many blessings in her life.  Anna, may you rest in peace and joy with Tom and Jim.

Aunt Anna:

Some of my earliest memories are of you, Uncle Tommy, and Cousin Jim.  When I was a toddler, your family lived in an apartment above ours.  I still remember the time Uncle Tommy drove me to the emergency room after I fell, while running, and hit my forehead on the edge of a concrete step.  I also remember all the great Kershner family get-togethers.

I consider my taking care of your business and personal affairs for the past eight years to be my way of returning the favors your family did for mine.  We will miss you.
