Violet E. Wilhelm, 92, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2011 at Hospice of Lancaster County, Mount Joy Center. 

Violet was preceded in death by her husband, Regis F. Wilhelm, in 1998.  She is survived by her children: Jo Ann Bauer, Patricia M. Grier, Mary Jane Pistner and Leah E. Sipe.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 2427 Marietta Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601 with Rev. Peter Hahn as Celebrant.  Family and friends will be received from 9-10 AM at the church.  Interment will be at Wardvale Catholic Cemetery in Johnsonburg, PA at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Holy Rosary Parish, 606 Penn Street, Johnsonburg, PA 15845.  To send the family online condolences, please visit SnyderFuneralHome.com.
