John H. Swinehart, 80, of Lancaster passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2011 at ManorCare. He was the loving husband of Joan E. Swinehart.

Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Chester and Martha Stock Swinehart.

He is survived by two daughters, Patti Wolf, Sheri Swinehart, 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, a brother, Bob Swinehart, and 2 sisters, Honey Long and Ruthie Quimby. John served in the US Army for two years and five years in the Army Reserves.

A graveside service will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville on Friday, April 15, 2011 at 10:30AM.In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Charles F.
