 Ann
M Nowogorski, 84, formerly of East Petersburg went home to meet
her Lord on Sunday, August 7, 2011 at Brethren Village with her
family by her side. Born July 17, 1927 in Throop, PA she was the
daughter of Stephen Solensky and Anna Solensky (Sutvey). She was
preceded in death by her husband Walter R Nowogorski.
Ann was
formerly a microbiology technician for Becton Dickinson Co. In
her earlier years she enjoyed bowling and crocheting. As a member
of St John Neumann Catholic Church, she had been active in the
RCIA, church bazaar and a volunteer for the Matthew 23 Thrift
Shop.
Ann is
survived by three daughters: Patricia, wife of J Stanley Charles,
Judith Faulkner and Deborah Ewain all of Lancaster and one
grandson Kyle Faulkner of Syracuse, NY, one sister Terry Gatto of
Throop, PA and multiple nieces & nephews.
A Mass of
Christian Burial will be held Saturday, August 13th,
2011 at 10:30 a.m. at St. John Neumann Catholic Church 601 E. Delp
Rd. Lancaster 17601 with Rev. Paul Theisz as Celebrant. Family and
friends will be received at the church before the service from
9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Joseph New
Catholic Cemetery.
